If you or your insured spouse is diagnosed with a terminal illness or dies, the following services will be provided:

• Comprehensive, personalized financial counseling. An Ayco employee, sensitive to and knowledgeable of survivor issues, will schedule a time with you or your survivor to help identify financial objectives and priorities. The counseling session will be conducted by one of our highly trained Ayco financial counselors, each of whom is a lawyer.
  
  
• A personal financial plan. Following the counseling session, your counselor will send you or your survivor a comprehensive written financial plan summarizing the major issues discussed and identifying items to address immediately.
  
  
• Continuing advice and assistance. For the next 12 months, your counselor will continue to be available by phone to provide additional financial planning assistance and advice.
