Proactive contact: Should you or your insured spouse/partner
die, an Ayco employee will contact the survivor after the claim is filed to set
up an appointment for discussing your financial objectives. You will also be
called if you file claim for an accelerated benefit for a terminal illness.

Toll-free access: Your counselor will be available to you
through a toll-free number. Also, if you or your insured spouse/partner is
diagnosed with a terminal illness, you may contact our Benefits Center at
1-800-858-6843, and someone will set up an appointment for you or your survivor
with a financial counselor.

Long-term availability: For up to 12 months, the financial
counselor will continue to be available by phone to provide additional
financial planning assistance and advice.
